LE Animation Help, Cant convert .kf to .hkx

So i wanna make kill move animation reaplacer. I make few animation but never succeed to export paired animation.

Here is my 3ds Max 2012 scene and video.

 

Anyone can advise me where did i go wrong. Or tell me the proper tool or plugin for this.
