thepurplefox456
Hi,I'm very new to creating mods and using the CK. Like, so new I DL the CK yesterday.. I'm having an issue making a follower. I've got all my stuff set up (Skills, Inv, Etc) But when I import my Character Gene, There's This Red section going across her entire forehead. I've tried yesterday and today attempting to fix it.(Removing Tintmask Folder then saving exporting. As well as just trying to remove femaleuppereyesocket.dds) If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it ^-^" Also, I'm kinda computer stupid. That being said Please try to explain things simply. I also apologize if I misunderstand and ask questions or ask stupid question Q~Q
0xNUL
Hey thepurplefox456, that's really weird. I've never run in to that personally, so I can't begin to try and help you :S Can you post a screenshot?
saurusmaximus
Under the Character Gen Parts tab, select FemaleUpperEyeSocket.dds. Then, over to the right, under Face Tinting Color, select "Color Average" from the Preset dropdown box. Then, redo your facegen export.

I also apologize if I misunderstand and ask questions or ask stupid question Q~Q This works for me. 1. If you are using any character enhancing face mods like Better Females by Bella for example, deactivate those mods before you open the CK.(unless you are using those assets in your mod, with the authors permission of course)2. Then select your NPC in the object window not the render window and don't use the *all* filter to locate your character. Click on your NPC to highlight them and press Ctrl+F4 to generate the face data for your NPC. The red or purple band should now be gone.
