devinpatterson Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 Looks good, Xilandro does a lot of really advanced stuff. I think one could also use hand to hand animations and armor addon's to simulate duel wielding melee weapons. It's a cheap hack, instead of new animations, and only looks decent for a limited number weapon styles and combinations, but I think it would be fairly easy to pull off. sullyvanj93 Posted February 11, 2015 Share Posted February 11, 2015 so it looks like reloading animations are only on the right side, and it also seems like you can't fire just one pistol, but instead, a single mouse click will result in both guns going off, one right after the other. furthermore, it looks like it is one weapon (dual wield pistol) not one pistol in one hand, one pistol in the other (like different armor slots). still, a HUGE step in the right direction. that Xilandro is a genius Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Various components have been released as independent mods over time. Last "target date" I heard was "2019" (back in 2017). Really I'm just bumping a dual wield thread so people know the demand is there. I'm trying to play a character who would definitely dual wield pistols! Thank you!
