Sorry I cant get a picture but every time i go to Fort Dawnguard and i enter inside. The hallways/rooms floors are invisible. Props fall through it and reappear just to fall back again. If i walk into it i fall through and re appear at the door. I've tried deleting dawnguard verifying via steam and restarting my computer (in that order) and it STILL doesn't fix it. The game doesn't crash at all. Even after exiting the building and re-entering multiple times. I can do the dawnguard quests and speak to people anywhere in the fort (( Using no clip command )) I've completed the main story line if that is any help.

Does this happen on a new save game as well? If not, broken save.

A few things.

  1. Verify Cache of your Game to be sure all the main files are there.
  2. Install Loot and check load order, conversely TESedit installed and ran with all your mods should help.
  3. Copy your profile to test then look at Dawnguard.esm in MO. Check the mods that are showing the conflict with it. Uncheck them. Without conflict, verified load order you should be able to enter Dawnguard without any problems.
  4. If still having problems... try with a earlier safe. As early as possible after being approached to join. Then go and see if there is still an issue. Might be something that you did especially if you use commands to delete or open close whatever in the game. Yes that is a very long shot but ..
  5. If it still don't work ... I can't help further. I have no other ideas. At least the above should give you a clear path to check the most common issues.

Now if #3 solves the problem test the various mods that conflicted and you should find the problem mod. Either contact the owner, don't use it, or fix it yourself if possible

Its happened on other saves using the same mods (Discluding live another live, so i could get to Fort Dawnguard w/o the main story line)

Sadly none of those worked. BUT the good news I fixed it! If your using ELFX (Enhanced Lights and FX) Disable the dawn guard compatibility ESP within it. That seemed to do the trick!

So it was #3...

Disable the conflicting mods then test if it works and find the mod that is causing the issue. :D That wasn't exactly the order that you did it but the same basic process. Check to make sure the game is good, Check the load order, then conflicts, test to find what is conflicting, update, disable or remove the conflicting mod done.. Fixing mod and conflict issues is basically just that. doing that I have been able to resolve more than 90% of all my issues. ;)

This.

I was having exactly the same problem. Disabling the mod fixed it.

Curious though. I had another problem with floors using the main ELFX mod. It affected wooden flooring with the exact same problem of objects dropping into a void and reappearing. Weirdly enough, this seemed to be a corruption problem linked to ModOrganizer. If I re-installed ELFX, the bug would go away for a number of sessions, then reappear randomly at a future date. And it wasn't just ELFX. I had texture problems with SMIM on the millhouse waterwheel, waterfall texture problems with SkyFalls+SkyMills, and food texture problems with another high-rez mod I installed. In each case, re-installing through MO fixed the problem temporarily. It wasn't until I got a recent patch update to MO that this re-corruption problem stopped. I haven't had to do a re-install of any of these for over a month now.

I tried re-installing the ELFX-Dawnguard patch from a fresh download of the plugin, however that didn't fix the issue like it did with the others. Removing the plugin, however, seems to have done the trick. Hopefully the Dragonborn plugin isn't similarly affected.

With any new mod make sure you have a burner save file perhaps download a 100% save and use COC commands to check all relevant cells that might be of interest it may take you some time though as skyrim is such a massive game
