Stuck on Imperial emblem after bethesda logo when starting Skyrim.

I'm not used to posting on forums or asking for technical support so hopefully I haven't done anything wrong.

 

So, I recently did a clean install of the mods I want with mod organizer but when I finally finished I found my game getting stuck on the dragon logo when opening SKSE.

 

This is my mod/plugin list:

EDIT: I have removed Jaysus(as it is included with CCOR), moved the DSR.esp up, and removed ASIS. I continue to have this problem D; Alongside this I ran the patchers + TES5, FNIS and Wrye Bash.

I use LOOT as well as got help from some tutorial vids by Gamer poets.

First thing I notice is your Dual Sheath Redux.esp is out of place, that should be much higher in your load order, only the Dual Sheath Redux Patch.esp should be bellow your bashed patch. Also since you are using Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade, you dont need the jaysus .esm and .esp, you can remove those and CCOR will handle it for you.

 

No idea if this will help but those are some things to look at.
