People are not moving but can talk

After adding some mods and being able to problem solve some issues I now have an issue with all the people in Skyrim stadnign still (frozen). Yuo can talk to them and they reply but they don't move.

Exception to this is my character and my followers who move and talk like normal.

Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

They stand arms out stretched in like half T. Yes, it is all over the map - all people are standing in same pose.

Are you certain none of those mods require any of the DLC? I assume you'd have checked but still. Other than that all I can think of is a conflict maybe but I haven't used most of those mods so I can't tell? This might help though.

Thank you, installing the Re-animate made people move again. I also uninstalled a few mods (SexLab and ZazAnimation Pack) and installed the Re-animate. Once it worked I re-installed the two mods in uninstalled before but it was the same again. It's working now but without those two mods.
Seems I still have some issues with communicating with some NPC's in a quest though. I can not talk to them but they talk to me.

Glad it worked, sounds like something is wrong still, my guess is something in there conflicts or isn't installed correctly. As for the quest, maybe try a new game and try to skip to it to test if it works. I feel I should point out that it was Fore (Author of FNIS) who told me about that little mod btw, helped me with an issue I was having that was similar but I'd say it's only a temporary fix and that you should still have a root around to find which mod is causing the issues. Unless everything works ok without Re-animate now you've removed those two mods you mentioned?
