It said that along with a stronger vampiric drain, the Vampiric Ring also increases health, magicka, and stamina regeneration. However, upon equipping the ring on my vampire and checking active effects, I could not see anything indicating that. Currently, I am using the Lady Standing Stone, so my health and stamina regenerate, regardless, and it's hard to tell whether the Vampiric Ring is increasing the speed of that regeneration.
