Click here and look at the images at the top of the mod page and you'll see where to find her. Also, there is a FAQ stickied in that thread for questions like this one. Jokerine is right. You are missing meshes. Check to make sure the NVWillow.bsa is installed in your Data folder. If it's not there drag it in.
