I found one mod that disabled camera changes but it seemed to actually speed up time and I didn't like that very much. I would like to preserve the function of VATS as much as possible but get rid of all the camera changes. Sure, the killcam was interesting for a few minutes but after a while I just want to get on with the game without having to 'pause' while I watch the same scene over and over. Thank you.
