Female texture to a male mesh? How does it suppose to work? Mesh will remain rigged to male body, and it's proportions will not change. If you want to make a male only armor to work for female body you need to create a proper mesh, or adjust male mesh to female body.

I think you mean to assigning mesh for female version of armor that didn't have any before?

For example:

EBUN ARMOR OF DRAGON SLAYA, when equipped by male it looks fantastic, when you equip it on female you turn invisible.

Am I going to right direction? If I am I'll give you description on how to do it.

Yes, you are going in the right direction.

This is what I was asking for resources for.

You will need a DDS plugin for Photoshop / GIMP that will allow you to open and edit the .dds texture file.

Here are two links that should help you out.
