Does this mean that Vokun http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Vokun_%28item%29 can make the enchantment on the Sanguine Rose http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Sanguine_Rose or any other conjuration staff last 20% longer?
