House mods on a low spec system?

Hello. I'm new to this whole modding thing and I find that the house mods are really interesting. I'm just wondering if its even possible to run house mods within the game with the following system.

MacBook Pro

Processor: 2.4 GHz intel core 2 duo

Memory: 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Number of processors: 1

Total number of cores: 2

L2 Cache: 3 MB

Memory: 4 GB

Bus Speed: 1.07 GHz

Chipset Model: NVIDIA GeForce 320M

Type: GPU

Bus: PCI

VRAM (Total): 256 MB

Also is SKSE needed for any or some house mods, because I used cider to play Skyrim so no SKSE for me.

I'm not desperate to be able to get these house mods, but at the same time I'm curious if it's possible to get them so that's why I made this forum. Sorry if there is already a forum covering this topic.

Thanks in advance.

If you can run skyrim, there shouldn't be a problem as long as the mod is lightweight (same as vanilla houses). With only 256 MB you won't be able to run properly house mods adding lots of clutter (Elianora mods for example).

I hope you are using cider only because of the Mac system and have legal skyrim copy on steam.
