It's best to install only few mods at once and test them ingame before adding more. Does not change weather colors and should be compatible with all Enbs -unless CoT/Pure Weather is listed in preset requirements)Audio Overhaul for Skyrim 2 (plus Expanded Weather patch)True StormsSplash of RainLightning during Thunder Storms by Minty You will be a bit limited by your cpu (skyrim is cpu intensive), so be selective when picking mods adding more npcs, creatures, etc. Also the less high poly meshes, the better your game will perform.
