Skyrim CTD upon launch. Know why and how to fix, but...

So, Skyrim CTD upon launch. I Made a topic in Steam sience my last activity befoer crash, was in the Steam workshop.

The conclusion was that I need to remove ALL my mods, and re-install them. However, I have 2 mod setups. One of my more powerfull desktop at home, and one for my less powerfull laptop here.

So, my question here is: Is there a way I can make a preset in NMM, so I don't have to uncheck, and re-check all the mods for my laptop? Or are there no way for me to do so, and I simply have to re-install every mod, klick-by-klick ?

Any and every feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

As I recall, even if you could do that with NMM, you'd have to reinstall everything just to be sure they were installed in the proper order. Otherwise you won't know for sure which overwrites are necessary at the time.
Personally I think it'd be better to simply mess with your load order instead of reinstalling all or even some of your mods.
Just disable recently added .esps until your game works, and you should find it in no time.

BTW, Mod Organizer lets you have profiles, simply reorder mods to fix overwritten files issues, and it'll usually tell you if there's an issue with a mod or your load order.

Mod Organizer supports profiles with different mod lists including separate skyrim.ini / skyrimprefs.ini. You might want to switch to it since you will be reinstalling everything.

There were some mods avaible only on steam workshop, so I downloaded them, copied to different folder, unsubscribed and packed into .zip archive, then installed with manager. I'm not sure how it works after update, but back then I was simply annoyed by the fact that each time I run skyrim steam launcher it tried to update mods >_>
