RLO Indoor Flickering with Torches and/or Candlelight Spell

So yes, it's a problem with flickering shadows, but I couldn't find any help for my specific problem.

 

I use Realistic Lighting Overhaul and Torch of Everlasting Version 4b - Warm Edition (2x Radius, 1.5x Brightness).

 

I only get flickering shadows in non-dungeon interiors, only when using a torch or the candlelight spell. Soon I'll be a werewolf and will be using nightvision from the Predator Vision mod, so it will stop being an issue. But all the same, I'd like to fix it. Any ideas? Questions?
