Which VGA to choose (Upgrade from GTX 550 Ti) and Compact PC Case

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if you can give me an opinion about which VGA I should choose.

My current PC setup is:

 

MB : Gigabyte GA-B85M-GAMING 3 Micro ATX LGA1150

CPU : Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor

RAM : Kingston 2x4GB

VGA : Zotac Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 Ti

SSD : Sandisk Solid State Drive 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

HDD : Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM

 

Now I want to upgrade my VGA Card. I was thinking between Gigabyte GV-N75TOC-2GI and Gigabyte GV-N660WF2-2GD. I can only afford about $150-$180.

What do you think?

Also, I'm thinking about having a compact PC chassis. I'm looking at this thermaltake v21 and this Corsair Carbide 240. Do you think it's okay to have a compact PC chassis for gaming?
