Lighting bug out of nowhere!

Hey! I don't normally post, because I am a strong believer in googling my problems, but it seems like there is no record of anyone ever having this issue, so here we go! I am having quite an interesting lighting bug! (Image Below) This occurs in all buildings, but not outside. This is my load order, and hopefully people are still helping out with this game ^^;

 

I have been scouring for hours and I simply cannot figure this one out on my own. I ran boss, just to be sure, and turned off and on the invalidator thing as well.

So, just to establish... it's occurring in ALL the interior cells? Without exception, all of them? Also, what were the last few mods you downloaded and installed since this is probably the cause. If you open "cells" in the GECK, you will notice under "lightening" that most interiors depend upon templates. If this is occurring in numerous interior cells then some mod must have jacked up the templates. Otherwise, isolated lighting could have been expanded to cause this error. No matter the case, these things have to be altered using an ESP download.

Yes, every single interior cell, I removed all recently downloaded mods and that seems to have fixed it, the mod that was the culprit was tales from the nexus, just in case anyone else has the same issue
