ObLars
I needed to reinstall the GECK. And when i tried i got this Missing Libvorbisfile.dll missing error. I tried using RegCure to solve it, but it didn't help anything. Could someone please shed some light on this?

luthienanarion
It does not go in the Data folder, but in the main folder with falloutnv.exe and the rest of the executable files.
animeman75
I see that this is an old topic but it hasn't been answered. Heres what I did: copied the GECK folder to the fallout folder: F:\Seagate\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas which is what it was for me. For most its probably under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\ then I opened both the fallout new vegas folder and the Geck folder, dragged the Geck application into the fallout folder then dragged the ssce5432.dll into the fallout folder, ran Geck as an administrator and VOILA! IT WORKED!
