TransnerferN7
As you may be able to tell, im new to all this I REALLY want to start modding skyrim, some of the stuff ive seen looks gorgeous! BUT, one question; can mods break your computer? Say for instance, I ran the tamriel reloaded ENB, is there a chance that it would physically break my GPU and prevent me from using it? Thanks. Boombro
Expect if you OC you gpu and already at 90c it okay. Back your Skyrim root folder before enb, will save you time.

NewThalos
The only thing that can break your computer, would be after market tweaks to your hardware, which is something you do yourself, not a mod. A mod is only an asset that the game utilizes, and if you overburden Skyrim with too many, or incorrectly loaded mods, the absolute worst thing that can happen is your game crashes, but nothing that I can possibly think of would effect your system files, drivers, or anything else of importance on your hard-drive and/or hardware just from installing/uninstalling/using mods.
