Deleted1790188User
Hello! I'm wondering, would any kind modder have time on their hands to change the colour of the lining of plaques and display cases from red to a dull brown? There are some mods for plaques already but nothing at all that changes the red colour of the display case inside liner, and I don't have the know-how to do it myself. If it were just a retexture I'd have no problem, but I've read that the colour actually comes from the vertex in the mesh file. If that would be possible and not super difficult, could somebody do that? I don't know if others feel the same way, but I hate that bright red in all my display cases. Thanks for any help! NorthHare
You can recolour vertices in NifSkope, so you could do it without having to muck about with the mesh in a modelling program.
nonoodles
NorthHare's correct. However it can be quite tedious depending on the number of verts you have to recolour. So here you go: http://www.mediafire.com/download/yn23d8xh2678gyc/dc_vertex.7z Only tested with importing in CK, let me know if you run into issues, if I got all the meshes and if it's the colour you had in mind.
