FalloutNV 4Gb crash on start-up.

Hey everyone, i have some issues with Fallout New Vegas.

1) I don't see any changes when applying an ENB Preset?

 

I have tried a lot of diffrent Enb's with minmal changes..

I'm currently running with Rudy's Enb + Realistic Over-Haul. And the "Blackout ENB" not really any changing anything so far, or ive just done it worng?.

 

 

Thing's ive tried:

Re-install ENB Series + The Preset.

Shift+ENTER and changing on some of the stuff on ENB.

Enable and Disable Anti Aliasing, and Anisotropic Filtering.

looked through my GPU settings.. For a Forced Anti bla bla bla..

 

Ive done all the things the Readme and the Med desc says. But for some resson i don't see any improvement..?

 

And sometimes when i look around (Towards West) My screen just mixing all textures and it looks really bad, It's worse than the transparent issue

 

NOTE: This is not my picture but compleately the same issue. SOMETIMES The Steam overlay fixes it by disabling it.

2) Bad Performance issue.

 

So, my system specs are not low. I would say they are in the High end of what you can get today.

 

Things ive tried and downloaded:

1:New Vegas Shutter Remover (Newset Version)

2:NVAC (New vegas anti-crash)

 

None of theese seems to work for me, my pc can handle a lot i would say. I will put My system specs in at the end of this post + LoadOrder.

So, ive tested a lot of Settings and EVEN with 60fps the game seems to be Laggy? Like.. When i watch a Video on Youtube in 60fås FullHD It seems like to run BETTER than my game does.

3) NewVegas 4Gb Enabler Crashes on start-up.

 

Well, ive had the mod before and it worked, but after i came back to Fallout again. And installed some mods and stuff it does not work?

 

I have tried a lot of stuff. Running the EXE file in diffrent OS versions (Probeties>Windows 7/8/8.1/95/Vista/XP <-- None of theese seems to work

Also i have tried use a diffrent version, but same result.

 

So what happends is: When i Run the 4gb.EXE it's about to load and... "Fallout New Vegas Stopped Working" .

Ive tried to Run as Admin, and made my Firewall to not try block it or anything. Still does not work.

 

The 4Gb file IS at the "Root/Main" Folder where my EXE is located WITH The DLL file. Still does not work.

My System specs: (I'm not here to show of if anyone would even think about that)

CPU: Intel Core I7 5820K 6cores running at stock speed (3,3ghz)

GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 980 4Gb Ref Design.

RAM: 16Gb DDR4 Mem.

MB: MSI X99 SLI+

PSU: Corsair RM 650W 80+Gold eff.

 

And i'm running With a Full HD Monitor (60hz)

Fallout New Vegas Settings:

Res: 1920X1080p

Detail Preset: Ultra (With-out Anti, and Filter)

WATER DISPLACEMENT OFF.. Cause i heard that can be bad to have checked.

Everything els it set to the Max.

Everything should be totally Updated.

I'm using the Latest version of ENBSeries.

Other stuff:

I'm using NMM to launce the game (NVSE Version 4 acording to Console ingame)

I have also Disabled a lot of Background programs and a lot more.

Any Answers/Help is Helpfull, so just come up with something i should try or do.

 

In short:

Need the Game to look better.

Need the Game to Run better.

And Get 4gb Enabler Working..

 

If you have any issues yourself. I feel free to ask me if i have any idea on how to fix it.

 

I'm NOT An Modder, Scripter, Expert or anything similar. I don't know much about Computer scrips, mods and so on. But i think i have made a Detailed enough Post for the problems i'm having.

 

Sorry for all Miss-Spells, Bad Gramma and so on.

 

LoadOrder will be attached as a Text file. With all my mods in the game. (You will not be able to see the ENB Packs)
