nhackett Posted May 15, 2015 Share Posted May 15, 2015 or check out dunKatariahScimitarPerk. It is the perk added to the weapon you find on the boat at the near end to the DB questline. The sword applies a stagger spell on target when you bash with the sword. Duplicate the perk, change the conditions to work with your shield, change the spell to fireball, use the silversword script to add the perk, and voila.
