TransnerferN7
So, this is probabley me just being super paranoid... I want to use an enb, specifically the gameplay performance enb. Not only is it performance friendly, but i like the cold effect it puts on skyrim, but this raises two question 1) The enb in question recquires enbhelper.dll. I know what it is, it allows weather tracking stuff for the enb. But I've only seen it been used in few mods, so is it safe? I 'm very careful on what i install into my game that isnt straight from the nexus. the file is from another website, so im a tad skeptical 2) enbhost.exe, noticed this when i first downloaded the enbseries files. I find any .exe's like this suspicious, as im super paranoid about viruses, malware, keyloggers etc. I'm fully aware that millions of people use this (as evidanced from the realvision enb which requires v.0292) So yeah, probabley just me being overly cautious. Any help? Thanks.
MotoSxorpio
Both ENBHost.exe and ENBHelper.dll are safe to use. I have been using them since 11/11/11 without issue regarding security.
