Reason for the ban Mass theft of texture without permission/credits in breach of the terms of use of any and attempting to sell these textures from multiple sources:
All files removed/hidden as the issue is present in most packs we can not guarantee the authenticity of any.
I am going to quote the report as it does a much better job articulating this issue then I could do.

- He has violated the TOS of Nexus: indeed, some of his packs of textures are based on textures created by other folks but he doesn't credit them. However, he didn't forget to precise that you need to ask for his permission to upload or to change "his textures".
- He violated the conditions of utilization of these textures: indeed, most of original authors of these textures specify either that it’s forbidden to use these textures without crediting them or that it’s forbidden to edit them or that it’s forbidden to use them to create a pack of textures.
- Copy-paste: it means that frozunswaidon didn’t or slightly modified the original texture, and if he has done it, most of the time, he has only changed the color. Therefore, it’s really easy to figure out that he has stolen it.
- Obvious: it means that frozunswaidon has added an alpha channel to the texture. Therefore, that requires either a more advanced analysis with Photoshop or good observation skills to figure out that he has stolen it.
Adding to this is your attempt to sell textures during the SW payed mods phase when you removed the physical files on your entry and pointed people to charged link on SW only in further breach of many sites usage TOS.
c. You may redistribute our textures, but must clearly and visibly link to our website as the source of the textures. If you do not wish to credit our website, then you may instead become a Paying Customer by purchasing a license for Genetica, at which point your rights will be governed by point 1 above.
3. Under no circumstance will your activities reduce Spiral Graphics Inc's ownership of its textures or diminish its rights to use and distribute them.
"One or more textures on this 3D model have been created with images from CGTextures.com. These images may not be redistributed by default, please visit www.cgtextures.com for more information."
However you are not allowed to sell or redistribute these textures in an underived form or if the modified product is a texture or a textures pack
Which non where ever complied with, you claim sole ownership and authorship of files without any credit what so ever.
On a personal note myself and I am sure the rest of the nexus staff would like to thank the report creator who shall remain nameless unless they wish otherwise, not only was it an excellent and thoroughly investigated report that pretty much did all the hard work, it was so good I used parts for the ban notice.
