Is there a mod/cheat/tool whatever that allows you to change your character appearance? (not gender) And maybe name as well?

I used a combination of cheat engine tables posted on their website.

On that page is a table called DSG general.CT - There is also a table on the 1st page of that topic that has a good table.  The item swap on the table on the first page is better, and it has a list of item values as well.   

 

Not all appearance features can be modified (as of now), but most of them can.  I wasn't able to modify form features (like muscular vs not) and facial dimensions.  Names can be changed no problem. 

 

If someone can make a cheat engine script to modify these features, then someone could make a mod to do the same thing with a more intuitive UI.
