Super Mutant Hats

Hi all

'T is not really a request as more a help me find thingy

I know there used to be a mod, whether it was for Fallout 3 or NV I don't really know

Where you could wear the different kinds of addons or "hats" the supermutants had

like the Goggles (there's a mod for some of those) the earpiece, the helmets, etc

now, I wonder if anyone knows where to find that mod? or if I'm wrong und it doesn't exists

Has the knowledge to create such a mod?

It would be kindly appreciated
