OK, can I merge the .ESM file (for example, Dead Money.esm) with his russificator (Dead Money_R)?

Still sad that if i merge armor mods and use the merged esp i have to go back and forth around the wasteland to go get all my armor's again since it would reset the mods:/...If someone knows a workaround to this please tell me that would be greatly appreciated:)...just a pain in the ass when i have s*** loads of armors:/

Man oh man, this was an absolute Godsend. I just used it to combine 9 of my separate outfit mods into one, and it worked -- perfectly! Thank you very, very much. If I could endorse more than once I would, but I'll give you a kudo instead.
Here's the mod:

First off - oh my god this utility is a life saver, ScripterRon. It can take a minute to get things set up and figure out what you're doing, but once you do it's almost deceptively easy to merge plugins together and pare down the load order. Fantastically useful tool for beating the soft caps imposed on the number of plug-ins that can be active at once and generally stabilizing a game with a lot of mods installed. Definitely gets an endorsement.
Secondly, for anybody else on this page - I've got a question about mods whose .esp's are accompanied by .bsa's. Will merging those .esp's but leaving the .bsa's as they are break the game (I expect so, but I want to be check)? And if so, is there way to merge the .bsa's?

I had this working once before but I unfortunately had to reformat my PC recently so I'm having a heck of a time setting up the shortcut again. I place javaw -Xmx1024m -jar FNVPlugin.jar in the target box but I then get a pop up that says it doesn't recognize javaw. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong? I remember it took me forever to set it up last time too.

That suggests that either you do not not have Java installed, or that it cannot find it.

Ahh okay, I have Java 1.7 installed. Does it have to be Java 1.6 specifically?

Any version will do. Since you have it installed, the problem is most likely that Windows can't find it. I had that problem on Windows 7, so I had to modify the target box to this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe" -Xmx1024m -jar FNVPlugin.jar
Make sure the path is correct for your particular Java install, and include the double quotes.

@viennacalling
Thanks so much, i couldn't begin to guess how long it would have taken me to figure that out myself. I'm running Windows 7 as well so hopefully the path is the same.
