Model editing wouldnt be that difficult, tape a grenade/missile/mini nuke to the point or replace the speartip with the bomb. It has multiple weapons you can create, including a 'poolcue fragmine' and a 'poolcue powder charge'. It's not what you're looking for persay, but you can probably see how it was achieved at the least. (I imagine blender / nifskope and the Geck, but IDK...)
