cryfed Posted July 1, 2015 Share Posted July 1, 2015 (edited) Hi everyone, recently when i try go to in Winterhold and in the "red circle zone" in this image(the Imgur link) http://imgur.com/TC5P9tq, Windows say me "Skyrim.exe has stopped working" and i go to the desktop. Firstly i think probably is some corrupted files, i try 2 times to validiting cache from Steam, but any time download 14.3 mb of files and not resolve the problem. I enabled in the .ini file of my savegame the Papyrus Log but i can't understand anything in this log. In other cities i don't have this problem but when i try in the console "coc SarthaalExterior" don't crash, but when i touch Winterhold or near the Dwemer ruins in this zone crash. I have tried to load a old save but anything. Probably it's a mod conflict? corrupted mesh? RAM or HDD problem? i post my load order and my papyrus log..... Moosteriz Posted July 3, 2016 Share Posted July 3, 2016 (edited) My game also crashed in Winterholm. Are you running a mod called Monstermod by any chance? That was the problem for me and after i loaded a save file without the mod the game didnt crash. If not then i dont know how to help you. My crash didnt even leave a log like yours.
