need help about dance synchronizator

hello everyone, i'm new here.

i watch youtube

i'm interest about this mod. i want to install this mod to my skyrim then go to casualmods.net following the guide i need to download :

1.BSA opt
2.Havok tools

3.Pattern + DSSoundTegUpdater + DSScriptGenerator

 

but i can't find havok tools, do you know similar program like havok tools and how to use it?
if you know about this mod and how to install it i need your help, please i want it :D
