During my free time I am working on a new worldspace mod I have planned called The Dominion that brings Richmond, Virginia (RVA) to Fallout: New Vegas / TTW. I'm a pretty decent mapper but I have zero experience dealing with heightmaps. Anyone who has experience with heightmaps please let me know. Thanks for any help in advance.
