LE Player can execute enemies on a chopping block

Hello everybody!

 

As you may have noticed in skyrim there are happening many executions (Like Rogvir,The one that was at helgen etc... not that many to be honest) at the chopping block, But i always wondered why the dragonborn(You) could never execute an enemy on the chopping block (I know that there is the mod High king of skyrim,but there you have an executioner do it for you) It would add another layer of realism because lets say you're the leader of the Dark Brotherhood)(SPOILER ALERT(Because as all of you know the previous leader is dead)) you could choose to execute the enemy at the chopping block or it could add a spell/power(Most likely power) that you can execute enemies that are in bleedout(The wood chopping animation would be good for it if you used a sword or axe) and possibly make it so that you can't execute with maces. So is any modder willing to do it?

 

Edit: Or that you could execute them in the field without a chopping block
