I reinstalled Skyrim after a few months of not playing and I have severe neck and wrist seams on all female characters. The weird thing is they appear regardless of what body mod or texture set I have installled and even appear in a completely unmodded vanilla game. Following the advice of others I uninstalled Skyrim completely and used CC cleaner to remove left over stuff. Still when I install Skyrim I have the same problem. I'm using NMMThe picture below is from a fresh install with nothing installed but SKSE and the alternate start mod but the issue appears in the vanilla start too.
