Can't Move or attack! Please help.

First of I want to say, Sorry for my English

 

Okay so Some weeks ago I downloaded Immersive Armors and Weapons. And also Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.

I also did some changes to skyrim's ini file because I had trouble with floating grass

 

And now I can't move around I can't attack all that I CAN do is check my skills (TAB) and settings (ESC). That is all I can do in the game.

I have checked google and found out It could be because of a 360 controller but I do not even own a xbox.

I also tried deleting all skyrim's pref files but neither did that work.

I have also used loot to manage loot order

This is NOT an animation issue. And it cannot be fixed by FNIS either.

 

Animations only change the rotation of bones. Every movement or turning is caused by the engine. Either because you press keys on the keyboard for the player. Or because of AI packages in the case of NPCs and creatures.

 

I don't know what can make the player immovable. I only want to save you from looking into the animation aspect.
