ChaoticTrack
First of all, I apologize if a thread already exists for this topic. I tried searching for one, but had no luck finding anything related to my question. :/ I'm making my first dungeon in the creation kit. I have my dungeon all built, I've placed clutter, the navmesh is working without problems, and so I started to move on to adding leveled NPCs. I'm following along with Bethesda's video guides to using the Creation Kit, and they demonstrated how you can use PatrolIdleMarker's to set out a patrol for an NPC by linking it with the "Linked Ref" option. In the making of Oblivion documentary, there was a short scene showing how you could create multiple paths branching out to create variety. I've linked the video below where this is shown (featuring hipster talk :). Is there a way in the Skyrim Creation Kit to accomplish this? Thanks. https://youtu.be/zvm0CN3tQFI?t=8m21s http://i.imgur.com/eFh0lP0.png
DarthWayne
As far as I know it is not possible to 'split' a patrol route. But you could use two different independent routes with one AI Package for each of them. In the AI Package you could define some conditions that decide which route the NPC will take. For example the first route at night and the other one at daytime...
