megageeklizzy Posted August 31, 2015 Share Posted August 31, 2015 If you aren't using a mod for face textures, get one. I can't really tell from the picture, but the problem is likely actually a shadow rather than the texture. I have yet to find a good way to fix shadows that actually works, but ENBs are supposed to fix it, and you can try some ini tweaks that you can find by searching something like "skyrim ini blocky shadow fix" on your preferred search engine.
