dovahgee Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 (edited) If you join the Dark Brotherhood and make some progress in the questline one of your targets is Victoria Vicci. As Astrid will tell you Victoria is the Emporer's cousin and looks after the East Empire Companie's holdings in Skyrim. Not much else is said and if you do knock her off I don't know who replaces her. Also, there's a side quest you can pick up from the wine vendor in the Solitude market. The merchant will send you to talk to Victoria and says she's in an upper level managment postion for the EEC. Also, in Raven Rock there's side quest in the mines and the quest giver will share some history of the EEC with you. Beyond that I don't of any other lore in game about the EEC.
