A Mod I'm Working On

Hello M80s!

No, I'm not going to coninue using Comic Sans, it's OK.

 

Alright, so I'm making a sick new mod and I haven't thought anything about it. I have absolutely no experience with modelling, so I've relied heavily upon other people's mod resources (Possibly big mistake as I don't remember who created what) and I haven't really tried with making textures but, like, I've fiddled around with stuff here and there. Still don't see myself creating beautiful 4K textures any time soon.

 

With all that shix out of the way, let's begin. Here is the stuff I've done:

• Downloaded other people's models and texures
• Created a new worldspace named Mitani Do Mangai (Yoku^* for Islands of Life)
• Made 2 islands
• The smaller island has part of a shipwreck and a small shelter on it, possibly shipwreck survivors
• The larger island will have jungle and a cave with an underground spring
• The larger island will also have animal life on it

My to-do list is, in no particular order:

• Learn some advanced texturing and modelling
• ATM, find someone to create some tropical fruit models with textures
• Make a large landmass that can be travelled to
• Learn to make quests and add voices to game
• Get voice actors (if the mod even gets that far)
• Create NPCs
• Give credit to these people
• Other stuff that I can't think of right now
• Make some weapons and armour myself
• Be famous modder that everyone loves
• Get hired by Bethesda
• Become rich
• Buy a mansion
• Buy ridiculously expensive furnishings for said mansion
• Buy ridiculously expensive car

On a serious note, if anyone would like to make me some beautiful coconuts (literally coconuts, the fruit that grows on coconut palms!) that would be much appreciated and this person would be credited gr8ly.

 

I might continue updating this thread as I progress but I'll probably forget.

 

**EDIT: I almost forgot, with this landmass I'm making I'm gonna need to make some buildings suitable to the surrounding area. I will attempt to make this myself.

 

*UPDATE I* I've finished placing vegetation on the second island. There's also a cave which leads to some Akaviri ruins with a waterfall. That's the first dungeon that I've actually completed in my history of owning CK.
