Fenryr3001
I would think about it like this : Altmer : 1000-1500 Years Bosmer : 500 Years Imperials : 50-100 Years Nords : 40-100 Years Redguards : 50 to-100 Years Dunmer : 1000-1500 Years Khajiit : 40-60 Years Argonians : 100-200 Years Bretons : either 40-60 or 100-250.While their half-elven blood would make sense to grant them a longer life than most other races,I also heard that Bretons get sick at around middle-age or more frail when they are older. With the "get sick" part,if they become...let's say a werewolf, which makes them immune to diseases, would they be able to live through the sickness and get a few centuries old? Please tell me what you think. Edited September 23, 2015 by Fenryr3001
Lisnpuppy
I have only linked one page (for the Mer) but this site has some interesting information about the races and their possible life-spans. I don't know if Beth has ever come right out and said. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Mer Then there is also the Imperial Library which is a wealth of info.http://www.imperial-library.info/
Lachdonin
We don't really have any concrete information. We know the lifespans of a few individuals, but it's unclear what the total extent is. Barenzia was 430 at the time of Morrowind, and seemed to be showing her age. Divayth Fyr was over 4000, but was one of the most powerful mages in Tamriel. Tiber Septim lived to be 106. Verssidue-Shae (a Tsaesci) lived to be at least 324. By and large... It seems that Mer can push 1000 naturally, whereas human lifespans are about the same as real-world people (in the modern age, typically pushing 70-80). We have absolutely no information about the Khajiit or the Argonians...
Jannifer
On the UESP wiki, there is an article written by Dave Humphrey in the form of an interview with a Dunmer in the Morrowind game world. "All information is official lore." In it, we learn that Dunmer reach 100 gracefully, then age after that with most making it another 20-30 years. There are, of course, longer lived individuals who can make 200+. I would posit that since this interview is with a working man, so to speak, rather than a gentlemen, we can reasonably assume that housemen or nobility live longer. They have access to better food and good healers, and their lives aren't so physically hard.http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Interview_with_a_Dark_Elf From the Lore: Mer article, we learn that "Those extraordinarily gifted in magic or alchemy, or favored by the Gods, can endure for millenia [sic] with seemingly no ill effects." Barenziah and Dyvath Fir would fall into that category.http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Mer From this lore article, we also learn that Altmer are considered old at 200 and extremely aged at 300. Bosmeri and Dunmeri life spans are about the same. These lifespans are all said to be two to three times as long as a human lifespan, so from that we can figure that humans make roughly 100 or a little over. I suspect that Bethesda has deliberately left the whole issue up in the air. In a world where healing magics exist and there is little in the way of pollution and so on, the inhabitants would have longer lifespans. How long, I think, is really up to the player. After all, it's nice to think that our characters will be vital and alive for many years after their game adventures end. :)
MidbossVyers
Are we talking about without the use of magic? Abnur Tharn, the Imperial Battlemage, is over 100, despite being human, due to, I'm assuming, magic.
