Winterhold Guard Helmets Not Loading

EDIT: Found that it's happening in other places as well, not just Winterhold.

 

I'm having a problem with the guard's helmets not working properly as shown in the image below in the spoiler tag. They're invisible. I've tried enabling and disabling different mods that might be causing the conflict, but to no avail. I've also have my mod order list in the spoiler below.
