I just found these tweaks and most people who tested it reported performance and stability increase.

You changed uGridstoload and bDisableGearedUp, so yes, they are. If you want the "Geared Up" effect, use Equipping Overhaul, Skyrim's stock thing can mess certain script-based things up, and from all I've heard, changing uGridstoload never ends well.

The problem with tweaking your ini files is not all tweaks work for all systems, so I don't recommend messing with them unless you know what you are doing. Some of what you have done here may potentially destabilize your game, as pointed out above, but nothing that's going to make your computer explode. If you really want to dig into this, a good guide is here. Otherwise, I would change things back.
