Iron sights bug?

Hi all,

I just picked up the game again today in the wait for Fallout 4 in a few weeks, but when I aim down the sights of any gun and shoot, it gets stuck, but I can also see the aiming reticle from the hip and I have to shoot the gun again to get the gun back to the hip. My load order is as follows, if something in it is causing it...
