When adventures couldn't find a job/quest to get some extra coin, they had to gamble.  Get something like a Blackjack, Liar's Dice, and Poker mod made.

One exists but it hasn't been uploaded to Nexus. I'm not sure if I can link to the site it's on or not because it hosts nsfw mods. All I can tell you is to google oblivion gambling mod.
