Enb crash

Ok so.

 

I've played skyrim for a while, and modded it for a good long time.

I've played with tons of ENB's and tons of different mods, But this time i've come over a bug i really don't understand.

 

Im using windows 10 btw.

 

So i've played on a save for a while.. then i had to take out all the cables from my computer to move it.. Once i got it set-up again my Skyrim (SKSE) Won't launch and i get the error Message: 0xc0000906

 

And when i go into my skyrim folder i see the d3d9.dll file is deleted..

 

So i try to run it again without my enb and the game starts up but ctd's pretty quickly.

 

Then i try adding the d3d9.dll file once more.. same error message.. can't start the game.. and the file is deleted.

 

then i try dragging the d3d9.dll file out from a ZIP file onto my desktop.. after a few seconds.. it's gone once more..

 

I have checked my Anti-Virus.. and Firewall.. Nothing.. I don't know what to do.. is there a work around with this?

 

I've also already tried the injector version of the ENB.. doesn't work either..
