LE Armour & Weapons Only Begins To Show Once It's Been Crafted

I realise that in Skyrim the forge is almost useless, if you want armour the chances are you would go out and kill someone with said armour, same goes for weapons.

I'm wondering if someone could make a mod that stops weapons and armour that you have not yet crafted at least once from spawning anywhere or on anyone.

 

Perhaps the same can go for potions you haven't yet made too.
