I;m also looking for way to increase it.The only way I know to do it is through a modding software like FO3Edit and G.E.C.K. Since FO4Edit and Creaition Kit/G.E.C.K is not available yet, I'm afraid we have to wait.However, I just saw a guy who made a mod by editing something using TESVNip.
