FangSnowpaws Posted November 12, 2015 Share Posted November 12, 2015 (edited) hey all, I didn't see one like this so I thought I'd put something in and in my own way beg the modding community for help for roughly 1/5th of the game owners on steam (if the bad reviews are to go by any count) http://steamcommunity.com/app/377160/discussions/0/496880503083101500/ for reference to the main issue as well. main issue is that the game when told to boot up, goes to the usual black screen and spinning loading mouse icon, stays like that for anything between 3 and 15 seconds, then just disappears. no crash report, no error message, just gone I've done all the usual things of - using compatability mode, setting it to windowed & borderless, lower the graphics setting remove graphics drivers and re install them, verify integrity, altering the ini file screen stats etc, so far since release day and constant hammering at and altering of my computer I've successfully got the game to boot 4 times, none of which for getting it to boot has worked a second time, and when it has booted up, after a while of running the textures while in game begin to gradually deteriorate ranging from ther odd bit just going a horrible blue green mixmax colour mess (usually underlays in pot holes or the reain effect texture) to the plants suddenly all becoming constructed out of the newspaper build textures (that only happened once though but with success rate of booting thats 1/4 of the time so far) so to the modding community on behalf of myself and the others out there is there anything that can be done to fix this?? edit: p.s. appologies for the title typo error, had a bit of a distraction at the time of typing edit2: should list I'm running win10 64x.
