Simple muzzle flash remover mod request

Didn't find any thread about this topic so I figured I'd make a simple request.

 

Any chance for a mod that hides/removes the muzzle flash textures or something similar? It's an overplayed Hollywood gimmick and it really makes it unnecessarily difficult to keep my aim on a target in first person when the flash takes up so much of the screen.

 

Hopefully it's not too much to ask since this kind of mod has been made on previous fallout titles.
