After a fresh bootup of the PC and launching FO4 (which I have another issue with) Aero will pop up asking me if I want to change my color scheme, crashing FO4. I can't seem to prevent it. My system meets the minimum/recommended stats except the CPU which is close to the i7 an i5 4670 3.40GHz. I read there is something about windows thinking that my vram is less than it is which I have a radeon r9 200 4gb vram so it thinks I'm using to much up? Anyway, yeah it's only annoying the first start up but I would prefer there be no aero issue. The second thing less bothersome but when I launch FO4 (using multi monitor setup) I click play on the launcher and the game comes up but the taskbar pops up like there is an active program and it's the FO4 game blinking like something interfers with the launching. I just have to click on the game icon in the taskbar and it goes to fullscreen. Would playing in windowed borderless (if it works) fix any of this?
