And swap the bolts and other actions on all necessary guns to match the new animations..

I think the animations is the hard part, swapping the models should be about as easy as going into nifscope and flipping the few models that the hunting rifle uses horizontally, or something. But the thing is, Bethesda are professional game developers, so making the animation wouldn't have been all that difficult or time consuming for them. I think someone with animation skills will do it eventually, it's just retarded that it has to be done to begin with...
